Despertar(Awakening)

Do despertar da alma,chega a hora
Renova-se em vincados contrastes
Com o mundo velho e gasto lá fora
De tumultos,vultos e desgastes…

Não temo as sombras e dissabores
Revela-se em mim o desapego
Abandono a inquietude e o ego
Esquecendo o queixume e as dores…

Num trilho que deveras enobrece
Cultivando equilíbrio e luz em mim
Num renascer que me enaltece
Nesta jornada desafiante e sem fim…

O coração enche-se de empatia
Degela e destrói tudo o que é frio
E jamais eu me sentirei vazia
Pois na vida,eu fluo como um rio…

Prossigo meditando,assim serena
Não quero apenas, viver no limbo
Torno grandes as coisas pequenas
Num caminho espiritual tão digno…

AWAKENING

From the awakening of the soul, the time comes
It renews itself in sharp contrasts
With the old and worn world out there
Of turmoil, bulges and wear...

I am not afraid of shadows and disappointments
Detachment reveals itself in me
I abandon restlessness and ego
Forgetting the complaint and pain...

On a trail that truly ennobles
Cultivating balance and light in me
In a rebirth that praises me
On this challenging and never-ending journey…

The heart is filled with empathy
Thaws and destroys all that is cold
And I will never feel empty
For in life, I flow like a river...

I continue meditating, so serene
I don't just want to live in limbo
I make small things big
On such a worthy spiritual path...
